What is the Pathfinder Training System?
The Pathfinder system combines the best practices and techniques from different eras and peoples through time to create a robust study system for learning wilderness self reliance.

How much time will this take?
The beauty of this program is that time is all up to you, unlike other schools we have no time limits and no set schedules. This is a home study course completed at your leisure, we simply provide the tools and guidance.
How long will this take to complete?
The actual time spent is also up to you but each phase has minimum amounts of what we call LOG time and exercises that must be completed. (These are all mail in except the last test for Phase 3.) You will receive a Certificate for Each Phase and a Final Pathfinder Qualification Plaque after the final test is completed and approved.
Are there age limits to complete this course?
Pathfinder youth camp is set up for youths but we are currently working on a youth correspondence training as well, you should be at least 18 as you will be spending time alone in the outdoors over night. And as long as you can still get out there you are never to old.
